Delivery Time

Orders placed before 11:00 AM are usually shipped the same day. Delivery time within Germany is 1-3 business days, within Europe 3-6 business days, and internationally 6-10 business days. For items not in stock, delivery time may be longer, partial deliveries are possible.

Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices are final prices in Euro including applicable VAT and are based on the delivery country. For Swiss customers, no German VAT is charged; any customs duties or import taxes are to be paid by the recipient. Shipping costs range from €4.90 (Germany) to €24.90 (Switzerland, United Kingdom) depending on the country.

Returns within Germany

Items can be returned free of charge within 30 days of receipt in their original condition. Return instructions can be found in the order confirmation. Alternatively, the return label can be created via the DHL link in the email.

Returns from Abroad

Returns from abroad are also possible within 30 days. Return shipping costs will only be reimbursed if the item is defective or if the entire order was cancelled within the deadline. Please send the shipping receipt by email to onlineshop@vanlaack.de.

Our buttons are crafted from the Trochus shell, a by-product of the food industry: the shells are harvested for their meat, which is marketed as a food source. The empty shells are subsequently repurposed to create our buttons—a process that is both high-quality and resource-efficient. The three-hole design is a signature van Laack characteristic—an understated hallmark of our products, appreciated by true connoisseurs of fine details.
