Below we have listed all the important information about ordering at the van Laack Online Shop.

How and when can I order from the van Laack Online Shop?


You can order around the clock from our Online Shop by using our online order form. You can reach the order form by placing any item in your shopping cart. Complete your purchase under the menu item “shopping cart” by clicking “continue to checkout”. Unfortunately, we cannot process orders placed by e-mail, letter, phone or fax.



Where can I see if a product is available?


In the product view we only display items, colors and sizes that are available.



Can I order a product that is out of stock?


No. As soon as an article is in stock again, it will be shown as available in the online shop. However, you can be notified when the product you want is available again in your color and size. To do this, simply enter your e-mail address on the product page and click on the 'Notify me' button.


How do I measure my sleeve length for a shirt correctly?


van Laack offers two basic sleeve lengths, a short version with 65 cm (25.5 inches) and a long version with 68 cm (27 inches). You measure the overall length of your sleeve from the middle section of the back of the neck hole to the edge of the shirt cuff. The three bodies regular fit, tailor fit and slim fit vary in the shoulder width, which is why you would get a different sleeve length when you measure from the input seam of the sleeve. To create more transparency for the consumer, a standardized specification, 65 for normal sleeve length and 68 for extra-long, is printed on the label.



Is there a minimum order value?


No. There is no standard minimum order value. Minimum values may be requested for certain options, e.g. discounts.




Can orders also be sent as gifts?


Yes. Orders can be sent as gifts. You can enter a different shipping address when you order. The delivery slip is attached to the delivery and the bill is sent to the billing address by e-mail. By the way, van Laack delivers every shipment from the online shop in a gift-wrap.
 


Where can I enter a voucher code?


Voucher codes can be entered in the shopping cart in the first step of the "Payment + Shipping" ordering process. You will find the input field under the article overview. The voucher can be redeemed here and will be calculated automatically.



How can I make sure that my order was successful?


You will automatically receive a confirmation by e-mail once your order is successfully processed . As soon as we ship your order, you will also receive an e-mail. Your credit card will be charged as soon as the order is shipped.




Can I change or cancel my order?


Changes in size, color, or quantity cannot be made after the order has been placed, so please double-check your specifications before you complete your purchase. Of course you can always cancel your purchase


From which countries can I place an order and to which countries does van Laack deliver? 

At the moment you can order from and receive shipments to all countries within the EU, Switzerland, Liechtenstein and Great Britain.
 


Can I enter a delivery address that is different from my billing address? 


Yes. You can enter a billing address from all countries within the EU, from Switzerland, Liechtenstein and Great Britain. The delivery address may be different as long as it is also from these countries. Your order can also be delivered to your place of work or vacation or to another recipient.




Which delivery service will ship my order?


All items are shipped via DHL and GLS.



Can I track my order?


Yes. In the e-mail that confirms the shipment you will find a link that enables you to track your order. Of course you can also ask about your order by phone from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. by calling +49 2161 357 357* or by sending an e-mail to [email protected] Please be aware that we do not process any orders from either of these sources of contact. You can also use the contact form to reach us.

We offer various payment options. These include purchase on account, prepayment, direct debit, credit card, PayPal or instant transfer.
 
Which credit card types are accepted in the van Laack Online Shop?
We accept Visa™, Mastercard™ and American Express™.
 


Where do I find the security code on my credit card?


The 3-digit security code is located on the back of Visa™ and Mastercard™ cards. The 4-digit code on the American Express™ cards can be found on the front.
 
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged as soon as the purchase is shipped.



Are my customer data, payment process and all other transactions safe?


Yes. A secure SSL-encryption is used in our Online Shop. All data is encrypted when transmitted and therefore cannot be read by third parties. You can find our current data protection declaration here.
