Orders placed before 11:00 AM are usually shipped the same day. Delivery time within Germany is 1-3 business days, within Europe 3-6 business days, and internationally 6-10 business days. For items not in stock, delivery time may be longer, partial deliveries are possible.
All prices are final prices in Euro including applicable VAT and are based on the delivery country. For Swiss customers, no German VAT is charged; any customs duties or import taxes are to be paid by the recipient. Shipping costs range from €4.90 (Germany) to €24.90 (Switzerland, United Kingdom) depending on the country.
Items can be returned free of charge within 30 days of receipt in their original condition. Return instructions can be found in the order confirmation. Alternatively, the return label can be created via the DHL link in the email.
