Accepted means of payment
Orders placed before 11:00 AM are usually shipped the same day. Delivery time within Germany is 1-3 business days, within Europe 3-6 business days, and internationally 6-10 business days. For items not in stock, delivery time may be longer, partial deliveries are possible.
All prices are final prices in Euro including applicable VAT and are based on the delivery country. For Swiss customers, no German VAT is charged; any customs duties or import taxes are to be paid by the recipient. Shipping costs range from €4.90 (Germany) to €24.90 (Switzerland, United Kingdom) depending on the country.
Items can be returned free of charge within 14 days of receipt in their original condition. Return instructions can be found in the order confirmation. Alternatively, the return label can be created via the DHL link in the email.
Returns from abroad are also possible within 14 days. Return shipping costs will only be reimbursed if the item is defective or if the entire order was cancelled within the deadline. Please send the shipping receipt by email to onlineshop@vanlaack.de.

Stand tall and relaxed facing forward.
1. chest circumference/bust size
Chest circumference is measured horizontally at the strongest point.
2. waist circumference/waist size
Waist circumference is measured at the narrowest point.
